Demi Moore presented Soleil Moon Frye with an award for her work Alzheimer’s earlier this evening. Soleil was best known as Punky Brewster in the 80′s. Soleil works hard in support of Alzheimer’s, a terrible disease affecting the memory. Demi Moore and Soleil were at Sardi’s earlier to support the cause.
