Brosnan Supports Malibu Film Festival

Pierce Brosnan is giving moviemakers around the world a “license to film,” as a supporter of the 12th Annual Malibu International Film Festival.  The former Bond star and his wife Keely were among the opening night sponsors, and the couple looked stunning as they attended the festival’s red carpet event on Thursday.

The festival kicked off with the film “Miss South Pacific: Beauty and the Sea,” which is a beauty pageant documentary, with an underlying message about climate change, and was directed by Mary Lambert. Later that evening, the Brosnans presented Lambert with the Cinematic Environmentalist Award.

The festival will wrap tonight with a collection of short films. For more information about the Malibu International Film Festival click here: http://www.malibufilmfestival.com
