Scarlett Johansson will be spending some time in the Bates Motel. The Actress will be playing Janet Leigh in the upcoming biopic, “Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho.”
The film is based on a non-fiction book by Stephen Rebello, which chronicles Hitchcock’s decision to finance and make what was thought to be a simple horror flick at the height of his career.
Anthony Hopkins will be playing Hitchcock and Helen Mirren will play his wife.
The role of Anthony Perkins, who played Norman Bates in the original film, will be played by British actor James D'Arcy.
Shooting is expected to begin in April.
