Kate Hudson is pretty happy and she wants women everywhere to feel the same way! A Golden Globe-winning actress, mother of two and now, Kate is adding author to her resume. Her new lifestyle book, “Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body.” She describes happiness as a kind of “discipline.”
In her new lifestyle guide Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body, the Oscar-nominated actress shares how she became healthy, strong and beautiful from the inside out.”One thing everyone I know is trying to accomplish is balance.” The book is about being as mindful as possible when it comes to your well-being, but still enjoying your life.
Kate Hudson has worked hard to achieve balance in her own life, looking to her biggest role model – mom Goldie Hawn – for inspiration. “As much as she means to other people for other reasons, she is literally the life-force for me and my family,” Hudson says.
In her new book, Hudson, who is also the co-founder of the active wear line Fabletics, has a straightforward philosophy: It’s “about simplicity, accessibility, positivity and throwing the idea of ‘perfection’ out the window.”
“I learned a long time ago that trends and fads come and go and are not a long-term solution,” Hudson explains. “We all have to find what works best for us and allows us to be our own best version of ourselves.”
