Janet Jackson stopped by the Jay Leno Show last night to talk about her new movie, Why Did I get Married Too. The movie was directed by Tyler Perry and Tyler also stars in the movie with Janet and Jill Scott. The movie is in theaters April 2nd.
Tyler Perry was a presenter at last night’s 82nd Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles. Tyler Perry and Oprah Winfrey both attended on behalf of their project and movie “Precious.” Mo’Nique won for best supporting actress for her role in “Precious.” Tyler Perry’s movie “Why Did I Get Married Too” comes out next month starring himself and Janet Jackson.
Janet Jackson was in Chicago for the taping of the Oprah Show earlier today. Janet was on Oprah to talk about her new movie Why Did I Get Married Too along with Tyler Perry, creator and star. Janet Jackson’s new song “Nothing” debuts in the movie and she was said to perform. The show will air at the end of March and the movie hits theaters April 2nd.

The video included Lionel Richie, Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Jamie Foxx, LL Cool J, Pink, Lil Wayne, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Miley Cyrus, Randy Jackson, Jordin Sparks, Josh Groban, Stevie Wonder, Wyclef and Fergie to name a few.
Celebrities joined together to help raise money for the people of Haiti tonight on CNN with Larry King. Alyssa Milano, Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden were on the show while other celebs including Paula Abdul were behind the scenes taking calls in the phone bank and others were twittering, Janet Jackson, Ashton Kutcher and Christina Applegate. We all need to help the people of Haiti recover.
