Nicole Kidman has signed on to play the lead role in My Wild Life. The film is based on the life of Dame Daphne Sheldrick, a conservationist who founded an elephant orphanage in Kenya.
Production will begin early next year on location in Africa, and National Geographic photographers Dereck and Beverly Joubert will help with nature sequences. My Wild Life could hit theaters in time for the 2012 holiday season.

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso premiered Matt’s new movie “True Grit” last night in NYC. This is Luciana’s first public appearance since giving birth to their daughter in October.
