George Clooney may not be running for president, but celebrities came out in full force to see him play a presidential candidate in his latest film โThe Ides of Marchโ at its New York premiere. Clooney arrived at the Ziegfeld Theater Wednesday night with his parents for the big event.
The filmโs co-stars Evan Rachel Wood, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Marisa Tomei and Paul Giamatti also attended the premier. Other notable guests included supermodel Christie Brinkley, actress Ellen Barkin, lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, newsman Dan Rather and Clooneyโs former โERโ co-star Eirq La Salle.
Clooney, who also directed and co-wrote the movie, plays a presidential candidate thatโs confronted by a scandal during his bid to win the Democratic Primary.
