I recentlyย had theย pleasure of meeting Goldie Hawnย and the opportunityย to talk to herย about the cause close to her heart, theย MindUP Program.ย Goldie’s program provides children with emotional and cognitive tools to help them manage emotions and behaviors, reduce stress, sharpen concentration, and increase empathy and optimism.
The program is specificallyย for children in K-8th grade.
MindUP will beย expanding intoย the Miami Dadeย Publicย Schools starting February 2nd.
